This is a sterling heart pendant with a solid pure copper heart cabochon. Three solid dots on the side made up of solid copper and solid sterling silver balls. Hand engraved on the side. Pendant measures 1 3/8 inch in height to top of bail and 7/8 inch wide. It can be purchased with homemade chain up to 24+ inches long or cut to the length you want. Pictured is homemade chain.
